By using the Bärli Tax App, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
By using the Bärli Tax App, you confirm that all information and documents provided by you are correct, complete, and not misleading. You are fully responsible for any errors or omissions.
The Bärli Tax App does not check the information and documents you provide for accuracy of content. Our service only organizes and processes the data you submit.
The Bärli Tax App accepts no liability for any errors in the tax return or any resulting consequences, including financial penalties, additional tax assessments, or legal issues resulting from inaccurate information.
The basic subscription provides document organization tools and tax form preparation without any review or verification of content by our team.
The premium subscription includes a formal check by our tax experts, but this is provided without guarantee of completeness or accuracy. The formal check is limited to identifying obvious errors and does not constitute comprehensive tax advice.
While we provide templates and guidance for completing tax documentation, the responsibility for filing correct tax returns with the appropriate authorities remains solely with you.
Payment for subscriptions is processed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions are valid for the term specified at purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
